Mostly no. Most listings belong to the brand running them, and we send you to their official page. Where a promoter asks us to host the entry form, the card says so and the competition is still theirs.
Anything past its closing date comes off the site automatically. If you can see it, it was still open at the last check that morning.
When you enter on the promoter's own page, we never see them. When you enter through a form we host, you choose what you agree to, we keep a record of that choice, and the promoter receives the entries for the competition you entered.
